We currently ship to Canada/United States & United Kingdom via Australia Post Standard International Shipping, with tracking included.

We do not provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. If you have any questions about any of our products please contact us prior to completing your purchase.
If you purchased an item online, and it is damaged or faulty we will provide an exchange (postage costs to be paid by customer), refund or credit note as long as the following conditions are met:
- The return is requested within 10 days from the date the items are delivered and photographic evidence is provided as to the damaged or faulty nature of the item
- The item is to be returned to Bella's Luxury Home Decor (return postage cost to be paid by the customer)
- Proof of purchase is included with the return
- The item was not been damaged due to the actions and/or misuse of the customer
